RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product that you chose, you may exchange it for a different product within 7 days of your purchase if you meet all of the following requirements.

Return & Exchange Requirements 

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original state. Hair that has been worn or used in any way, dyed or bleached, has damaged wefts, length or volume modified, or have any alterations done will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Seal must NOT be tampered with in any way. (Unsealed, ripped, etc.)

  • Product must be in original packaging.

  • Must be within the allotted time period of 7 days after receiving merchandise.

 

Luxe Locs has the right to refuse the exchange of any product if the above conditions are not met. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost (both shipping to you and any return shipping to us). No refunds, all sales are final. Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
